This natural pine smoke ventilation window for up to 45mm tiles from Fakro features a fitted chain actuator. It also includes other accessories such as a flashing kit, RZN 4503-T control unit, and a 12v 3,2amp battery backup pack. Also included is a RT45 break glass alarm and SD-O-371 smoke detector. In case of fires, this window is designed to open automatically, either through detection of smoke or by the glass alarm being shattered. This serves to help excess smoke and heat to escape the building.
