The hatch closes by lifting into position and fixing the 4 bolts and the size of the hatch is 1722mm wide by 731mm high.The building is constructed from 12mm high grade shiplap timber over sturdy 34 mm square framing. The floor and roof are tongue and groove with mineral roof felt supplied to complete the exterior. The bar is supplied in a honey brown base coat ready for you to apply a top coat finish in the colour of your choice. The lockable door is 680mm wide and is not interchangable.The building is self assembly and comes complete with an installation guide.
