It is finished with an inclined insect resistant grille that promotes excellent air flow with the accompanying benefit of internal baffles to arrest wind-driven rain entering. The Type W makes use of positive and negative air pressure to aid functionality. It permits the cavity to breathe and evacuate water from lintels, trays and DPCs.
